Abstract
Israel's security and existence between the state rush and the rule of law principle
Since Angela Merkel's speech in front of Knesset 2008, Israel's security and existence has been part of the State Räson Germany. The contribution examines the question of legal implications and comes to the conclusion that there are almost no such thing: the commitment to Israel's existence and security as a German state of the state is a political measure and not right. As such, it is subject to the right and only exists within its limits, of course, this is precisely more effective in many ways, at least also more flexible.
