Abstract

“Why We Must Be Wary of the Concept of Disobedience”

If one follows the investigation of certain historical examples (The Black Panther Party, Edward Snowden, Julian Assange, etc.) and the reflection of the relation between individual on the one hand and the state and law on the other, I would describe the relevance of the concept of disobedient in the characterization of the attitude to the relevant acting to what is prescribed by the law.
