Abstract
Civil clause bans and cooperation requirements - university law to strengthen the Bundeswehr?
In view of the security policy changes resulting from the Russian attack on Ukraine, there are increasing demands that research at German universities should also be oriented towards the requirements of national defense. The article examines two instruments for regulating the relationship between science and the Bundeswehr.
