Abstract

AbstractThis chapter aims to inspire a shift in how we think about governance – from control to service, from coercion to consent, and from stagnation to innovation. The success of entrepreneurial governance shows that freedom, prosperity, and justice can flourish in a world of aligned incentives and voluntary cooperation. These ideas are illustrated by real-world experience, not just theory. The main case study is Ciudad Morazán in Honduras, which provides the evidence of how this shift in governance leads to peace and human flourishing. We see how the problems of traditional political government can be solved with the incentives of entrepreneurial governance.
