Modern criminal law in its philosophical-analytical, interdisciplinary and international references
The text presents and recognizes the numerous contributions that appeared in honor of the renowned Bonn criminal law scientist Urs Kindhäuser on the occasion of his 70th birthday in the commemorative publication dedicated to him. The thematic spectrum includes basic questions about the legitimation of the state penalty, basic terms and categories of the applicable criminal law as well as a large number of selected specific subject areas from the wide field of the "special part" (especially asset and sexual offenses) as well as the right of procedures, including its constitutional/human law dimensions.
